  • CONNECTIONS: Sch. 40 Carbon Steel Pipe Stubs
  • FLANGES: 150# or 300# Carbon Steel Raised Face Slip-On Type
  • HEADER PLATE: 3/16" Thick Carbon Steel 
  • Rated for maximum operating pressure of 150 PSIG at 366 degrees fahrenheit
  • Coils for higher pressures can be furnished
NOTE: The flanged connections and header plate allow for simple and quick coil removal for routine cleaning or maintenance. 

AIR / GAS TIGHT CASING
  • Air / Gas Tight Design: Rated for 2 PSIG Internal Pressure
  • Coil is removable from the housing
  • 10 Ga. Carbon Steel Housing
  • 1/8" thick Carbon Steel Guide Rails
  • 3/8" thick Carbon Steel Studs
  • 3/16" thick Carbon Steel Header Plate
  • 1/8" Durabla Gasket
  • Entire housing is painted with high temperature silver paint after fabrication
TRANSITIONS
  • Air / Gas Tight Design - rated for 2 PSIG internal pressure
  • 10 Ga. Carbon Steel 
  • Exterior of transition is painted with high temperature silver paint after fabrication
