Anderson Snow Coils -Our Facilities

Top notch manufacturing

With our state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing, we’re able to control the quality and output of our products, allowing us to deliver truly superior products and service. We have a streamlined process, from planning to implementation, with the technology to ensure only the best coil solutions for your business.

Assembly

We combine raw metals to create a solid core for our coils, using stainless steel, copper, steel and aluminum.

Expansion

To allow proper heat transfer, we bond the tubes to fins with our cutting edge machines. 

Circuiting

To allow for the correct flow of liquid, we ensure proper circuiting techniques to allow for the peak performance of your specific dimensions and requirements.

Welding

Finishing touches are finalized during brazing to ensure a finalized, efficient product. All welding is Tig Welded or Arc Welded for maximum weld joints.

Testing

Upon completion, all coils are tested to 250 psig. Welded coils are tested to 500 psig.


Final Inspection

We have a thorough final inspection before shipment. 

Crating & Shipping

Prior to shipping, all coils are heavy duty crated. This allows a safe arrival to your facility. We offer emergency shipping services as well as domestic and international shipping options.
